Notice of the Android / Fire TV edition in preparation. Updated: September 26, 2026.
Nature of the service
Gplayer Android TV / Gplayer Fire TV is a user-configured drive. No IPTV content, servers or subscriptions are provided by the developer.
Data on your device
Network accounts and configurations, preferences, hidden categories and channels, favorites, history and resume positions are preserved in local application data. Caches can contain catalogs, programs, logos and posters. The media and backups you export remain at the chosen destination.
Protection of secrets
The app uses Android Keystore and AES-GCM encryption for secrets supported by its account and network profile storage. This protection does not mean that all files, histories or backups are encrypted. A media address can itself contain identifiers: protect the files you export.
Network connections
Depending on your actions, the application contacts your IPTV providers, program guides, media addresses, image servers and network shares. These operators may receive your IP address, identifiers and requests necessary for the service, and apply their own policies. HTTP connections are not encrypted; use HTTPS when your provider offers it.
Advertising and diagnosis
This edition does not include advertising or telemetry services from the developer. Local technical logs can be produced to diagnose reading. Do not share logs or screenshots containing private IDs or addresses.
Site and support
External links are only open at your request. The site and email service have their own rules. If you contact support, the developer receives the information you provide: do not send passwords or vendor credentials.
Subscriptions
Your provider's subscription IPTV is separate from Gplayer. The expiration and login information displayed in the app comes from the provider. This Android edition does not use the App Store purchase validation described in the tvOS policy.
Vpn and cast devices
If you configure a VPN, Android and the VPN server process traffic according to the chosen profile. Profiles and associated technical logs are stored locally. If you use Cast, the information necessary for playback, including the media address which may contain identifiers, is communicated to the selected device. These functions depend on their availability on your device.
Retention and deletion
Delete your accounts and histories from the application. You can clear local data in Android settings or uninstall the app. Exported files, backups, and media stored on shared storage or NAS are not automatically deleted. Android automatic system backup is disabled for this edition.

Purchase and activation: service not open
Payment and license activation are not yet available. The preview form does not send the entered code to the server. The policy will be completed with the processing, recipients and retention periods of the licensing service before it is opened.
